At Golden Shore Pools, we understand that circumstances change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Our pool cleaning services are billed in advance, and customers may cancel their service at any time. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice Customers may cancel their pool cleaning service by providing notice via phone or email to our customer service team. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend submitting cancellation requests before the start of a new billing period.

Billing and Refunds Since payments are made in advance, services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused services during the current billing period. If a cancellation request is made before a new billing cycle begins, no additional charges will be incurred.

Final Service Visit If applicable, the company may complete a final service visit before the end of the billing cycle. Customers who do not wish to receive a final service should specify this in their cancellation request.

Reinstatement of Service Customers who wish to restart service after cancellation may do so at any time by contacting our customer service team. Reinstatement may be subject to availability and any applicable fees.
