📌 Phosphate Treatment Policy
Phosphates are a naturally occurring substance that enter pool water through rain, leaves, lawn fertilizer, and other environmental factors. While phosphates themselves do not make your pool cloudy or green, they serve as a food source for algae, making it harder for chlorine to work effectively, especially in Florida’s rainy summers.

Our standard monthly service includes all the essential chemicals needed to maintain your pool, as listed above. However, phosphate removal requires a specialty treatment using products that are not part of routine water balancing. Because of the cost and process involved, phosphate treatments are billed separately at an additional fee when needed. Pricing starts at $30 per treatment depending on phosphate levels present at the time of treatment.
