Phosphate Policy

Phosphates are a naturally occurring substance introduced into pool water through rain, leaves, lawn fertilizer, and other environmental factors. While phosphates do not directly cause cloudy or green water, they act as a food source for algae, making it more difficult to maintain clear, balanced water.

Our standard monthly service includes all essential chemicals required for routine water balancing, such as chlorine, stabilizer, muriatic acid, soda ash, and sodium bicarbonate.

Phosphate removal requires a specialty treatment that is not part of routine chemical maintenance. Due to the additional cost and process involved, phosphate treatments are billed separately when needed.
